The Gratitude Center requires all meetings to have a registered contact person. The personal information provided will be considered confidential and will only be used to contact you about meeting and center business. Meeting information will be used on our website.
Meeting registration forms are available in the Gratitude’s Center Main room behind the secretaries desk. Please fill out the form completely and deposit this form either in Gratitude Center Mailbox (Outside kitchen) or in the safe in the safe closet.
